This symposium is composed of talks that were given at the second Conference on the Jewish Left held at Boston University (BU) on February 28th, 2025, which was organized by BU’s Institute on Culture, Religion, and World Affairs (CURA) (www.bu.edu/cura/), directed by Jeremy Menchik. There were over three hundred people attending in person and a few hundred more online from eighteen different countries and more than seventy universities. Critical Research on Religion published the talks of the first Conference on the Jewish Left in its August 2024 issue (Volume 12, no. 2): journals.sagepub.com/toc/crra/12/2
