Please note that our policy has changed as of 2015. Book review editors can once again solicit for book reviews. To make a request for a book review, please pick a book from the list below and reply by e-mail to the review editors Sander de Rijke and Mehdi Amineh by clicking the purple button. Please include your academic background, research specialisation with a short description and postal address. In case you’re a Ph.D. candidate, please include your CV as well. The Deadline for submitting reviews is june 1st 2017.

  2. Receive the requested book review copies on your postal address a couple of weeks later and confirm receipt to the book review editors by e-mail. In case of books issued by Brill publishers, we might send you an access-token upon which you can download the e-book to your computer or e-reader. Detailed instructions can be found here
  3. Write your book review by following the Guidelines and send it by e-mail to the book review editors before the Submission Deadline 
  4. Once the book review editors have approved and edited your book review manuscript, you'll receive the page proofs from Brill's Production Editor and will have the opportunity to request minor alterations. 
  5. After publication, Brill's Production Editor will send you an e-offprint in pdf (no hardcopies of a CoSo issue) of your book review.
