Dear Colleagues,

I would like to share the publication of my book, Islamic Thought Through Protestant EyesMy book examines the engagement of 17th and 18th century German Lutheran scholars with Islamic thought. I provide analyses of Lutheran writings on Islamic theology, philosophy, and the Sunni-Shi'a schism, to broaden the conventional interpretation of the Reformation beyond a solely European Christian phenomenon.

To order the book and read the endorsements by Talal Asad, Mark Juergensmeyer, Bryan S. Turner, Catherine Keller, David Nirenberg, and Sebastian Conrad, please see the Routledge websitehttps://www.routledge.com/Islamic-Thought-Through-Protestant-Eyes/Karabela/p/book/9780367549541

Thank you and all the best,
